Innovation within Scottish Water's Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation

its customers, and its supply chain partners. By driving consistency, efficiency, and
commercial effectiveness, Thomas helps ensure that technical and operational
requirements are met while supporting long-term organisational objectives.

With over 20 years' experience across the water sector, spanning both Scottish
Water and its supply chain, Thomas brings a unique perspective on the opportunities
and challenges faced throughout the industry. His career has encompassed a
diverse range of disciplines, including procurement, framework management,
technical specification and support, renewable energy business development, and
supply chain strategy. This breadth of experience, combined with his passion for
collaboration and continuous improvement, makes him a recognised advocate for
innovation and partnership across the water industry.
