About Remi Zante
Dr Remi Zante is Chief Engineer at Renewable Parts Ltd. and Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS). A Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE), he has more than 25 years of experience across advanced manufacturing, product development, innovation strategy and renewable energy. His work focuses on helping industry accelerate technology adoption, develop circular economy solutions and strengthen manufacturing competitiveness. Through his role at Renewable Parts Ltd., Remi leads the development of remanufacturing and life-extension solutions for wind turbine components, supporting the growth of a more sustainable and resilient wind energy supply chain. He is a passionate advocate for applying innovation, digital technologies and remanufacturing to support economic growth and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
