About Ken Munro
Ken Munro was appointed CEO of SLG Technology and joined the Scottish Leather Group Board in June 2026. He brings extensive global leadership experience across construction materials, manufacturing and technology, with a strong track record in business transformation, international market expansion and commercial scale-up.
Ken previously served as Managing Director of Kingspan's mineral materials division and as CEO of TechnoNICOL's international business. He has led both listed and private businesses across diverse markets, combining strategic leadership with hands-on experience in building high-performing teams, developing new growth platforms and turning technical and operational capability into scalable commercial value.
