About Jushui Lai
As Centre & Industry Engagement Manager, Jushui Lai leads industry engagement for the Remake Value Retention Centre at National Manufacturing Institute of Scotland. With over 15 years’ experience in R&D and programme leadership, she works across industry, academia and the public sector to develop practical approaches to retaining the value of products, components and materials. Her current focus is on building more resilient and circular supply chains in high-integrity sectors, including aerospace and energy, through remanufacturing, repair, reuse, digital traceability and new models of collaboration.
