Fraser Dunn has worked within the Peak International Group for over 12 years, holding a variety of roles across Research & Development, Engineering and Operations. He currently serves as Site Lead, with responsibility for manufacturing operations at the company's global headquarters in Inchinnan, Scotland.
Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence, Fraser has led a wide range of transformation initiatives spanning manufacturing, supply chain, product development and business operations. His current focus is on driving digital transformation within the manufacturing environment, leveraging data, automation and emerging AI technologies to improve operational performance, accelerate decision-making, enhance product quality and support future growth.
